  • Spinach (3 cups)  High in iron and folate 
  • Tomato (1)  High in lycopene
  • Blueberries (1 cup)  High in the Flavanoids Quercetin, Anthocyanins, Epicatechins
  • Avocado (1) High inPotassium, Vitamin E, and Monounsaturated Fat
  • Lemon (1/2) High in limonene and vitamin C
  • Ice cubes (4-5)
Clean, prepare, toss in your blender and mix until smooth and drink up!
