If you need individualized care and immediate responsiveness to your questions, needs, or treatment?? Dr K is worth every Penny. I was reticent to pay the money for specialized HRT but she is truly WONDERFUL and her team is right there when you need anything. I have been so impressed with this office and now I understand why her waiting list is so long. She is fantastic.

Dr. Crane truly listens and pays close attention to details. She carefully reviewed my labs and hormones and took the time to explain what everything meant in a way that felt empowering rather than rushed. What really stood out, though, was her recommendation for a GI mapping test and personalized protocol. The changes we made had a huge impact on my gut health. I genuinely feel better in ways I hadn’t even realized I could.
The entire staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. You never feel like just another appointment on the schedule. And while they’re thorough and in demand, it hasn’t been extremely difficult to get in (though part of me wants to keep this place a secret because they’re that good!).
If you’re looking for thoughtful, root-cause care with a team that truly supports you, I can’t recommend Dr. Crane and Kaufman Health & Hormone Center enough.

I am proud to say I have been an established patient of Dr. Kaufman’s for over a decade. Dr. Kaufman is an excellent listener and communicator. She is organized, conscientious, empathetic and makes me feel truly cared for. She is one of my greatest health advocates and has gone out of her way to be there for me. I will never forget the time I went on a trip to Asia in the middle of the hottest summer years ago and had the worst ever bacterial infection. Dr. Kaufman was on the phone with me multiple times at all hours assisting from another country when I could not get trusted health care in Bali. I trust Dr. Kaufman. Dr. Kaufman is incredibly thorough and was extremely helpful. During our initial consultation I brought up some things that I’ve asked other doctors about and essentially walked away from those others with the conclusion that this is just something I’d have to live with for the rest of my life. Dr. Kaufman was able to address everything and I’ve seen improvements with everything I was concerned about… from major issues to minor ones.
I can not believe how good I feel with her guidance and recommendations. Better then I ever thought I could.
She is also such a caring and genuine woman whose bedside manner is impeccable. I felt heard and like my best interests were and still are at heart.
