If you need individualized care and immediate responsiveness to your questions, needs, or treatment??  Dr K is worth every Penny.  I was reticent to pay the money for specialized HRT but she is truly WONDERFUL and her team is right there when you need anything. I was experiencing perimenopause symptoms for about 1.5 years and decided to do a consultation with Kaufman Health & Hormone Center to better understand how hormone replacement therapy may benefit me.  I was very impressed with their thorough consultation and testing process and the detailed information Dr. Vanessa Fitzgerald provided about my specific body/test results, which she used to determined which hormone replacements and supplements would be most beneficial for me.  I've been using HRT since September 2023 and have had very positive results including:  improved sleep (no more waking up in the middle of the night), no more hot flashes, less brain fog, less irritability/mood swings, better gut health, and less vaginal dryness. I am proud to say I have been an established patient of Dr. Kaufman's for over a decade. Dr. Kaufman is an excellent listener and communicator. She is organized, conscientious, empathetic and makes me feel truly cared for. She is one of my greatest health advocates and has gone out of her way to be there for me.  I will never forget the time I went on a trip to Asia in the middle of the hottest summer years ago and had the worst ever bacterial infection. Dr. Kaufman was on the phone with me multiple times at all hours assisting from another country when I could not get trusted health care in Bali. I trust Dr. Kaufman. Dr. Kaufman is incredibly thorough and was extremely helpful. During our initial consultation I brought up some things that I've asked other doctors about and essentially walked away from those others with the conclusion that this is just something I'd have to live with for the rest of my life. Dr. Kaufman was able to address everything and I've seen improvements with everything I was concerned about... from major issues to minor ones.
I can not believe how good I feel with her guidance and recommendations. Better then I ever thought I could.

I cannot overstate the positive impact Karen Kaufman has had on my energy levels, my physical health and my overall well-being. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me address issues that I otherwise would have been resigned to write off as part of aging. I highly recommend Dr. Karen Kaufman. As a patient for several years I have been continuously impressed with her knowledge, not only with hormone balancing, but also functional medicine.
