I was reticent to pay the money for specialized HRT but she is truly WONDERFUL and her team is right there when you need anything. I was very impressed with their thorough consultation and testing process and the detailed information Dr. Vanessa Fitzgerald provided about my specific body/test results, which she used to determined which hormone replacements and supplements would be most beneficial for me. During our initial consultation I brought up some things that I've asked other doctors about and essentially walked away from those others with the conclusion that this is just something I'd have to live with for the rest of my life. Dr. Kaufman was able to address everything and I've seen improvements with everything I was concerned about... from major issues to minor ones. I can not believe how good I feel with her guidance and recommendations. Better then I ever thought I could. She is also such a caring and genuine woman whose bedside manner is impeccable. I felt heard and like my best interests were and still are at heart.
