  • Rainbow Chard (4-6 leaves) Rich in Vitamin K
  • Celery (2 stalks) High in Vitamins A, K, C
  • Mixed Berries (1 cup)
  • Avocado (1) High inPotassium, Vitamin E, and Monounsaturated Fat
