After exchanging vows, they ventured to Kauai, where Gia earned her RN Degree. The couple later explored various locales, residing in Santa Barbara, spending 15 vibrant years in Newport Beach, CA, before finding a lasting home in Colorado in 2012.
Family life for Gia is both diverse and dynamic. She and her husband have a son currently navigating college life at PACE University in New York City and Sammie, their rescue Australian Sheepadoodle. Adding to the richness of their household is Gia’s remarkable 92-year-old mother, an exceptional sportswoman. Her recent recognition as Sportswoman of the Year at the Senior World Games in St. George, Utah, showcased on 9 News and the Kelly Clarkson show, serves as a profound inspiration for Gia, reinforcing her commitment to living a long, healthy, and vibrant life.
