• Dr. Kaufman: Dr. Kaufman is no longer accepting any new patients for all services including medical appointments, botox, and filler.
• New Patients: New patients may request an appointment with Dr. Crane or Gia McCloskey-Jurevich, NP. Appointment requests are typically answered quickly.
• Follow-Up & Annual Appointments: If you are scheduling a follow-up or annual appointment, please complete any recommended lab work or test kits before your appointment. If you are unsure what is needed, please review the Visit Summary from your last appointment or contact our office.
• IV Therapy & IM Injections: Available for both existing and new patients. See below for details on savings available through our Wellness Monthly Memberships.
